REC started as a collaboration between singer/songwriter Nick DeMatteo & percussionist/vocalist Justin Nadal. Over four years of writing, rehearsing & performing, REC grew into a five-piece band, founded in strong, structured songwriting & great vocals, and built up with power indie rock, new wave & ambient arrangements. You could live an entire life in the lyrics.
