DIY At It's Best

The market is flooded with DIY bands w/o a label trying to market their music themselves. The common denominator is that they all lack a fundamental appreciation for good songwriting and melody. Redwood is the exception. They have a clear understanding that pop music is a good thing and that strong melody is important. Listen to the songs; they are GOOD.

I love REDWOOD's new stuff, but the debut disc is still worth the buy!

Great music with compelling lyrics - hard to believe one man did it all.

The tracks are stong musically and the lyrics are provactive. I enjoyed the mixing of genres, Redwood has spent time exploring blues, rock and bluegrass music and has done something unique with these influences.

Worth the listen!

The CD is great, the songs are fresh and original and the lyrics are worth listening to. Redwood sounds like a creative band that really is trying to say something. My favorite song was track two.
