Totally fantastic - something new and honest
author: KarlJust heard Reid Jamieson and purchased his album. Has to be one of the most honest and clean productions I have heard in years. I'm tired of mainstream artists who seem to write to a formula designed for air time and sales. This album has none of this, the production values are very clean and crisp, each note seems to have a great deal of effort put into it in order to blend. As a consequence, the ability to pick out any instrument including Reid's voice allows one to hear something new each time a song is played. Best song - I'm starting to learn- conjures up images of haunting pain, stumbling but getting up and carrying on: life in other words.
The Evocative Reid Jamieson
author: Brien ComerfordThe unknown Reid Jamieson surpasses the brilliant Chris Martin of Coldplay as a poignant, melancholic and ultimately sanctifying vocalist. His voice is mesmerizing and his songs are addictive. Reid Jamieson is heavenly, innovative and mesmerizing. If he does not receive Universal Acclaim it is a prooof that humanity should be ashamed !
BEAUTIFUL VOICE AND SONGS!
author: LINDSAY STRATHMORETHIS ALBUM BY REID JAMIESON IS A RICH, INTELLIGENT, SENSITIVE AND THOUGHTFUL ALBUM BY A MAN WHO HAS HIS OWN VOICE, AND MY OH MY IS IT A GEORGEOUS ONE! WHEN YOU GET PAST THE ACTUAL BEAUTY OF THE SINGING AND PLAYING, THE SONGS REVEAL THEMSELVES AS ORIGINAL AND THOUGHT PROVOKING. SOMETHING TELLS ME WE'LL BE HEARING ALOT MORE ABOU THIS ARTIST IN THE YEARS TO COME.
Yummy indeed!
author: Anne WorburtonIt's so nice to come across an artist like Reid Jameson. I feel like I have known him forever, his lyrics are so honest. The Unavoidable Truth is very good. His singing style is something that can be playing at work and no one ever says turn it down. In fact, they say turn it up! Last Day of The Year is a perfect soundtrack for my mind. He has a real sixties feel and sings like Simon and Garfunkel all by himself.
Beautiful CD - can't keep it out of the player.
author: AmandaHis music just get better and better...my favourite is Starting to Learn, but all songs are amazing. Highly recommended.
Vintage sounding new music
author: Eric MurphyFew artists manage to sound old fashioned without sound old hat. Reid Jamieson has got some really interesting melodies and progressive lyrics here, but the musicianship is tastefully classic. And my wife loves it if that means anything to the average reader. I quite like it.

Yummy!
author: Elizabeth SharpSo many great songs and the boy can sing! I found it because of the Sarah Harmer duet 'Holding Out', but keep it in my car cd player because the songs make me feel good. Somewhere between Smokey Robinson and Willie Nelson, and never mind the John Mayer. This record is a keeper.
