Album Notes

The Renaissance Christmas Concerts began rather humbly in 2002 with a small but enthusiastic crowd of about thirty who came to hear a fledgling group of musicians play Christmas music in a high school cafeteria. While the enthusiasm remains as strong as ever, the size of the event has changed dramatically. 2005 featured three sold-out performances in the intimate setting of Summit Opera House, from which these songs were recorded.
Our goal, as it was during that first concert in 2002, is for people to experience the wonder and awe of Christmas through the incredible gift of music. We hope that these songs will find a place in your holiday season this year and beyond.
