Gorgeous, atmospheric music that conjures a wistful train ride through the countryside of France, or a stroll along the Seine at night. Excellent, soulful music for both relaxation and romance....Nicole has a wonderful voice and uses it so well...when one closes one's eyes the sidewalk cafes in France are conjured by the mood she creates...wonderful.

I heard her by chance on the french radio France-Culture singing french songs and playing accordion... And since then I look for her too few records, hoping their will soon be more. 
There is not so much accordion on this record but it is great anyway.

I've been a fan of Nicole's for years, since before her first CD came out.  She's one of the best singers out there.  If you're ever in Capri or NYC, you should certainly see her live, she does a wonderful show.
