A native of Chicagoland, Rene has studied music since he was five years of age. His passion for performance and composition has grown and evolved over the ensuing thirty-two years to bring him to the release of his third CD, Poet of the Heart.Rene's astute development of the relationship between his melodies and instrumentation has become his trademark and is the very foundation of his compositions - deep emotion is the tie that binds.
