Ren was born in Los Angeles and raised in Huntington Beach, California where she began singing as a child. Her first professional singing and dancing job was at Disneyland. While studying music and theatre at U.C.L.A., Ren began acting professionally on stage and in film and television. Currently, she can be seen in a national Home Depot commercial, although her most notable role was as a reporter in the blockbuster movie "Airforce One." Ren's singing experience spans from opera to musical theatre to gospel.
Ren has also produced two music videos and many individual songs. She performs live all around Southern California in stage productions, the Opera 100 Club in Laguna Hills, private functions, and with the performance group "Licensed To Sing." Other productions have been "My Fair Lady" at La Mirada Theatre and Business industrials for Harris Goldman Productions. She performed in her own rock band RENWORLD at the famous Roxy and Whiskey A-Go-Go.
