Album Notes

The Repeats "R" 5 Inch:

The first of six (limited edition) autographed colored CDs packaged in flying discs. What's a 5 Inch? We're glad you ask! Basically it's a 7 inch released on CD. For all you kids out there to young to remember. There was a time before iPods and iTunes when you couldn't wait to stick a needle in the groove of that 45 rpm virgin vinyl from "insert your very most favorite band here" just to hear the B side that wasn't being played on the radio. So we thought hey, lets put some fun back into being a fan! We've decided to release six of these so called 5 inches. Each one a different color, autographed and packaged in flying discs. Oh yeah we almost forgot the coolest part, the interior photo of each booklet will combine to create a full-sized poster.

The Repeats “R” 5 Inch Song Insights:

1. MEET THE REPEATS 0:05
Allow us to first introduce ourselves.

2. THREE MINUTES MORE 1:59
How it feels when a song comes on the radio and reminds you of that person who broke your
heart.

3. BULIMIC 2:11
Ever hear someone say something that made you just want to throw up?

The Repeats Story:

Some of the more refreshing entertainment to come out of Minneapolis since The Mary Tyler
Moore Show. With sharp musical contrast, bright harmonies and a tint of glam. Their songs
are like listening to two minute power pop episodes of Seinfeld without those funky bass
interludes.

Meet The Repeats:

Brian Eggen plays bass and sings backup vocals
Paul Kraft plays drums and sings backup vocals
Al Paul sings and plays guitar

Lyrics:

Three Minutes More:

Like that band
That makes you change
The radio station
Every time that they play
Your very most
Least favorite song
With that chorus
All your friends
Still love to sing along to

Like that band
That makes you change
The R A D I O
Every time that they play
Your very most
Least favorite song
With that chorus
All your friends
Still tap their feet along to

But it makes you think of me
For three minutes more then most of your memories
It makes you think of me

But it makes you think of me
For three minutes more then most of your memories
It makes you think of me

Bulimic:

With both your feet in my mouth
I had to stick my finger
Down my throat to spit out
Before I’d choke on the words you told me you wont hold me

Now it makes me wanna throw up
When I hear you wanna break up
And flush the days down the drain

With both your feet in my mouth
I had to stick my finger
Down my throat to spit out
Before I’d choke on the words you told me you wont hold me

Now it makes me wanna throw up
When I hear you wanna break up
And flush the days down the drain

And kind a like Karen Carpenter
You could of been my Superstar
Now Rainy Days and Mondays always get me down

Now it makes me wanna throw up
When I hear you wanna break up
And flush the days down the drain
But then you never wanted to stay up
To talk about all our hang ups
Now my bulimic heart bleeds blood in vain
