With influences from up and coming artists like Josh Ritter, to current stars like David Gray, to classic icons like Paul Simon, the Reserves offer their debut album, "Where Have All The Dreamers Gone".

Washington DC’s City Paper acclaimed the reserves debut "as a collection of heartbreakingly gorgeous tunes”.

Weeks after the release of “Where Have All the Dreamers Gone”, the band was the featured artist of the week on XMU's R/A/D/A/R Report as one of the top unsigned artists in the country, and was added to the station's regular rotation. Easy to listen to on continuous play. Great sound!

The last time I played one CD this much, was Counting Crows: "August and Everything After" (1993). This debut album for The Reserves is the perfect sound for rainy days and mellow moods. There isn't one song on the album that I skip; although there are a few that I love even more than the rest. One side note: the beginning of the song "Lighthouse" sounds a bit too much like a knock-off of the Cure song openings, in my opinion (but, it's a great song). The album is overall pleasant to listen to. Plan on buying copies of the CD for friends.
