Album Notes

\"Ambient music must be able to accommodate many levels of listening attention without enforcing one in particular; it must be as ignorable as it is interesting.\" — Brian Eno

Ideally experienced with headphones, or in a dimly-lit, quiet room without distractions or other external stimuli. This is a gift to you and you alone. It\'s a secret whispered into your ear, for you to keep to yourself. Each jewel case assembly and all the original case and full-disc artwork is printed and lovingly assembled by the artist.

A note from the artist:
To me personally, music is quite often a form of meditation, even if its purpose is not to be \"meditative.\" It can lull you into a certain state of consciousness. Even when someone is speaking to you directly, it can be a nuisance and a distraction if your attention priorities are...misallocated.

I think the occasion is rare for the average listener to actually pay close attention to sound, rather than focus on some repetitive task as it becomes background \"noise\" or something else entirely while you concentrate on the dull minutiae of your mind\'s contents; the thoughts that you plan to regurgitate to anyone within earshot.

Some may actually feel uncomfortable devoting their attention to something they consider trivial. Or they need not use music for that particular purpose, instead using it as a mood lifter/changer or for some other, more pragmatic purpose. (ie. yoga, dance, etc...)

The purpose of this is to have no purpose other than its aesthetic, perhaps beckoning your mind to a blank slate, or into whatever your nervous system happens to conjure at that particular time. Hopefully the results are positive, thank you for listening.
