In 2005, retrograde's sophomore album "This Frequency We Share" was released in Canada through MapleNationWide/Universal and throughout Europe on Sweden's Atenzia Records. The album was recorded at Matchbox Studios in Austin Texas, produced by Dwight Baker, and mastered in Los Angeles by veteran Dave Collins (Soundgarden, Queens of the Stone Age, No Doubt). Four singles from the album were spun on dozens of satellite and FM stations throughout Canada across platforms from Rock to CHR. The band toured Canada dozens of times, performing at some of the nation's biggest festivals, and supporting some of the nation's biggest acts. Retrograde was featured in national magazines, and their music appeared in popular TV shows such as "America's Next Top Model." To close out a decade of music, retrograde released a double album entitled "B-sides & Demos 1997-2007" in August 2008.
In October 2008, retrograde changed their name to Run The Red Light.
