Album Notes

Revelaria hails from Southeastern Connecticut on Long Island Sound. "Built to Last" is their first full-length CD production. This long-awaited release strengthened Revelaria's widespread regional popularity. "An immediately engaging CD long on energy and the soaring melodies of vocalist Paul Jones. Revelaria entices with taut musicianship and interesting twists on age-old lyrical concepts." - (Rick Koster. New London Day) Strong praise for a 100 percent independent production. If you are interested in thoughtful, catchy modern rock, written by people who love what they do, then "Built to Last" is the CD for you.

A very well put together CD although the bass overpowers the rest of the music in some places. The lyrics are extremely catchy and the vocals have just the right amount of harmony and agressiveness needed for rock music. This album is a great buy for anyone that enjoys rock music.

The music is great, the drums rock, the bass is well organized the riffs possess a sting, but the lyrics are plain and the vocals are really not that great either. Needs more harmoney more aggressive harmoney and style. The rest of the band would do fine with a original vocalist.
