Album Notes

This project has been a long time in the making but I believe that it's worth the wait. It's been almost nine years since our last recording. Every time we started to work on this project something would always seem to get in the way. Sometimes we get frustrated and think that it's Satan that's fighting the work that we're doing for the Lord and many times that's true, but in looking back I can't help but to think of at least a couple of songs that needed to be on this project that would not have been if we had finished the project sooner. We believe that God is in complete control and that this is his perfect timing for this project. We have been faced with unbelievable battles and challenges while putting this project together but God had worked so many marvelous miracles to help us overcome the obstacles and have glorious victory. It is our prayer that the songs that have been prayerfully chosen for this project will be a blessing to you and that many souls will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We would like to acknowledge some very special people who have helped to make this project a reality. Thanks to Michael Holmes for his friendship and for all of his talent and skill in the studio. Thanks to our dear friends Ken and Lynda Newby for their love and support to our ministry. We also want to thank Neill's Home Store in Shell Knob, MO for providing the set for the cover photo. Thanks to our family and friends who have stood at our side for so many years. Most of all we want to thank our Lord and Savior for making this all possible. We give Him all of the glory and honor.

"When I Get Home" is dedicated to my father Richard Eugene Hile who went home to be with the Lord on September 15, 2005 after a short battle with cancer.
"He's Still Living There" is dedicated to those whose lives have been affected by Alzheimer's disease.
