HIS MAJESTY BAKER JR. & THE REVOLUTION BAND INT:
The Versatile Band Of sweet reggae and Soca

The Revolution Band was started in 1993 by two young and talented musicians, Shayne “Sly” Webster and Jason “Tafahar” Bowen. A groove was immediate and soon Andy “Baker Jr.” Richardson, Ras Jay and Terrence Hodge joined the group to form its present membership. The Band is managed by Herbert “Tony” Stoddard.

The Revolution Band performs its own original material, which features songs written by several of the Band’s members: eight originals and a cover of a Lionel Ritchie hit rearranged revolution-style make up the Band’s first Compact Disc, “Wok Ya Hook.”

In addition to the unique and energetic style of their own, the Band member play a complete repertoire of music from Reggae classics to Calypso, Soca to Zouk. The Band can R&B and Soul, and their mastery of styles is almost limitless.

The performance style of the Revolution Band is high energy. Each member of The Revolution embraces the motto “Peace, Love & Unity
