The Fiasco happened by accident. No rehearsal. No discussion. Robert Stewart was doing a weekly solo gig in Seattle, playing his songs and throwing in old soul tunes. Cameron Williams came by one night with a djembe drum and started playing like he had always been there. A few months later, Keith Wright appeared with an acoustic guitar and a Marshall and he, too, seemlessly joined the fray...
Since that night in September 2002, the Fiasco has played over one thousand gigs. "A Divine Consequence..." was one of them.

This is a great album!

I heard a couple cuts and about Fiasco on Acident Hash.
I had to buy it after listening to "Peace Sign" and would have bought it just for that one track- but these disks are packed with terrific material. Fiasco has the sound that's been missing from the radio for the last 30 years! Great writing, awesome performance, all round excellent music- and thank you for making some of it availible on podcast.

Incredible acoustic guitar and percussion
author: Mike
Heard a couple songs from these guys on the Accident Hash podcast and, on CC's recommendation, decided to give them a try. I must say, this is one of the best purchases I've made in a while - I've had it a couple of weeks now and it's still on my permanent playlist. The guitar work and percussion are amazing but equally so the lead singer's voice and the lyrics. Love it!

Awesome!

This cd is awesome! The sound is unique and the guitar playing is excellent. The music can sometimes be very soft and beautiful, and then in the same song become very aggressive and powerful, and even a little bit funky (i.e Always Waiting and Clear My Head). Even the percussion is different. I have never heard, or seen, guitars played the way Fiasco plays them. I also appreciate the smart lyrics in songs like Peace Sign which let you know exactly how the band feels about our current president.

Awesome Band playing a great live show, this is my favorite CD
author: Mark
Great mix of covers and their own songs. CD's don't do these guys justice but for my money this is the next best thing to being there live!!! Lawyers Guns and Money is a standout in a great effort front to back.
