Robin Galante and Eric Pedersen are an acoustic duo based in San Francisco, California. Robin began her musical career as a solo singer-songwriter and played gigs in San Francisco and beyond. In April 2007, she was joined by guitarist and vocalist Eric Pedersen, who adds the perfect musical touch to her songs with his lush harmonies and unique guitar stylings. They regularly perform at a variety of acoustic venues all over the Bay Area, including the Bazaar Café, Café Trieste, the Hotel Utah and many more.
Tired of hearing overly-produced music in their genre, they recorded The Fuzz Sessions live in their home studio, and the album was mixed and mastered using minimal processing to reflect the energy and honesty of their live performance. They reside in San Francisco with their beautiful guitars and their cat, Latte (aka “Fuzz”).

Sparse, Beautiful Folk Music
author: Brad Meador
The Fuzz Sessions is a collection of all-acoustic folk songs, with tight, two-part harmonies and beautiful, sparse accompaniment that give color to the music while keeping focus on the songwriting. Recorded live and minimally produced, this album perfectly captures the spirit of Robin and Eric's live show. I really like this music and have had a few of the songs stuck in my head for weeks (i.e. Hangman). If you are a fan of solid songwriting and acoustic music stripped down to its essence, you should pick up this album.

Folk Songs for the Soul
author: Nusi Dekker - Live Music Reviews on MySpace
This excellent debut by songwriter Robin Galante showcases her perceptive lyrical skills on topics relevant to a contemporary world. Galante's clear, sweet soprano blends beautifully with the smooth harmonizing vocals of her partner Eric Pedersen. With just the two guitars for accompaniment, this album flows with the richness of a live acoustic performance. My personal favorites from this collection are "Worth It," "Hangman," "Follow Me," "Fire," "Words," and "You and I," but there are no weak songs in this most enjoyable CD.
