Album Notes

I wrote all the songs on this album on a cheap guitar beneath a glorius old oak tree on the borders of the West Midlands having returned from a busking trip along the South Coast.

I was convinced I didn't have many chances left to somehow make a living from music and so just tried to write songs that might possibly outlive my time on this planet.

At the very last moment I found a job playing piano in the Lake District and 5 years later thats what I'm still doing.

So - don't ever give up hope - something may turn up just at the last minute..and you might not have been around to grab the moment so you'd never know what you'd missed
