New York-based trumpeter Rob Henke has played, toured, and recorded with many artists and ensembles, including - The Spirit of Life Ensemble, Dr. Nerve, Diane Moser's Composers Big Band, The Walter Thompson Orchestra, Ray Barretto, Fish Love That, The Erick Storckman Septet, Mina Agossi, Joe Gallant's Illuminati, Marie McAullife's Ark Sextet, and Mike Kaplan's Nonet.

"Footnotes" is the third release by Rob Henke and the Washington Street Players. Rob is also on a new release by guitarist Rolf Sturm, available through CD Baby.

He leads two groups of his own, The Washington Street Players, and the Rob Henke Group.

He has composed music for The Strike Anywhere Theater Company, Diane Moser's Composers Big Band, Dr. Nerve, and his own ensembles.

In addition, Mr. Henke has worked as an actor with Good Clean Fun, the Lunatic Fringe, and at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater Co.

Rob is a proud Chicago native.
