The Rhinestone Diplomats: a Minnesota original rock band featuring Aaron Cabbage, Gene Hollister, Randy Olejnicak, Dave Wickiser & Steve Wold.

The RD’s began with Aaron and Steve performing as an acoustic duo at area coffee shops and soon evolved into a 5 piece rock band performing at some of Minnesota’s legendary rock clubs including First Avenue, The Cabooze, Lee’s Liquor Lounge and The Fine Line Music Café. Summer of 2007 culminated with a performance at the 10,000 Lakes Festival (www.10klf.com). Their brand new 10 song CD "Diplomats for Cutie" (recorded by Mike Wisti of Rank Strangers at Albatross Studios) was recorded in December 2007 and is now available.

The RD’s first 6 song EP, Skeleton Hill, was mixed and mastered by Tom Herbers (Gear Daddies, Low) and is a great introduction to the band. Thanks for listening!
