Album Notes

This album takes you on a 60 minute Shamanic journey meditation. The sounds of flutes, drums and didgeridoo can work as a mellow background, or can be used with headphones for the binural beat meditation. Binural beats are sounds a few frequency beats apart in each ear which enhance the experience of meditation. Headphones, or speakers on each side of the head, must be used for the binural effect to work. The journey takes you to a calm place, and then begins a shamanic drum pulsation of 3 beats per second, which creates the phenomenon of an altered consciousness.

For people not interested in the meditation aspect, the music can be played as usual over your stereo system and work as background music.
