Richard A Reid Bassist is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music. He has played with most of the top Jazz artist in the busy. He worked with such singers as Areatha Franklin, Joe Williams, Johnny Hartman, Marlena Shaw and many others. The groups he was a member of were the Eddie Harris Quartet and Trio,The Horace Silver Quintet, The Harold Land Quintet, TheRed Holloway Quartet and The Jimmy and Jeannie Cheatham Baby Blues Band.He has also worked with many other artist that we won;t list because the list is so long. Richard Reid is a well known and respected musician in the Jazz field. This CD tells the listener just what Richard is all about.
