Album Notes

Check out this non-cliched fresh perspective in song writing.

This album uses contemporary loops and grooves fused with acoustic and heavy electric guitars.

AC/DC meets 70's disco? - Maybe not but certainly some of the tracks would not be out of place on the dance floor either.

The tracks are completed with smooth British vocals that recall everyone from John Lennon to Al Stewart.

The subject matter covers everything from relationships to ideological indoctrination by the mass media!

Great guitar sounds, thoughtful writing
author: Richard Elen
Covering a wide range of styles, Richard Wilson's latest album is an impressive follow-up to his previous works. The production, relatively sparse at times, is clean and well-handled, with some excellent guitar sounds, some redolent of the 60s and others right up to the moment. Smooth vocals project unusually thoughtful lyrics that go well beyond the average "relationship song". If I have a complaint, it is merely that I would like somewhat more sophisticated arrangements, but that takes resources beyond those generally available to an artist not signed to a major label... yet.
