Good News Folks!!! I'm working on my CD. I'm producing
it up myself. I'm very excited. I don't know how long it's gonna take, but I promise as soon as I'm done I'll let everyone know. As for the "College Years" CD, unfortunatly I won't be making anymore. So if you have one congrats. If not, you can get most of it off the web. I only have a couple more so as soon as I sell out I'm won't be making any more. Richey Lam is a singer-songwriter whose music reflects a collection of many styles and influences including James Taylor, David Wilcox, and Diane Warren, with a hint of Brian McKnight. Stylistically he can be categorized as POP/Folk/R&B. His music is both contemporary and classic, and you can definitely hear his southern charm. People easily relate to the way that Richey captures the innocence of youth with catchy melodies and hook lyrics. Music has always been an important part of Richey's life. Not only did he grow up singing in the church in his hometown of Alpharetta, GA, but music also ran in Richey's family. Richey's Grandfather was the Hong Kong symphony composer/conductor for twenty-two years. Richey picked up the guitar at the age of fourteen, and wrote his first song at fifteen. He has been attracting crowds ever since. Richey's sound and style mark him as an innovator in the Los Angeles music scene. He continues to attract more fans and the attention of the recording industry. Richey Lam is the voice of a new and ever growing market of unseen talent. He has recently placed songs on the MTV show The Real World".


"College Years are some demos I have put together because of all the requests I have gotten recently for me to put together a CD. It is not intended for the mass market, but just for the demand of my most dedicated "Friends." These songs are a diverse group of tunes I have been working on throughout college.
