Altizer's nimble pop songs and Petty-esque voice speak to the daily struggle against a constant corporate onslaught of images and messages. The multi- talented Altizer not only writes and sings all songs, but plays nearly all instrumental tracks, with the notable exception of select guitar tracks by Adrian Belew, who also co-produced the album.
