Here are highlights from the SEVENTH ANNUAL BLUES & BOOGIE PIANO SUMMIT, held Saturday, November 5th, 2005 at Newport, Kentucky’s Historic Southgate House- what a series it’s been! This edition features two astounding pianists from France- JULIEN BRUNETAUD (Bordeaux) & FABRICE EULRY (Paris), plus Tucson, Arizona’s ARTHUR MIGLIAZZA…serious accompaniment from my group “The Swingin’ Mudbugs” -Nick Lloyd on upright bass & Brian Aylor on drums, plus our newest member, Dave Haley providing some very heated guitar pickin’...

Good variety of boogie and blues. I like live performance recordings, cause you get a feeling of actually being there, warts and all. this is a good CD, and a great addition to the previous Piano Summit recordings
