The Rigney Family Band hails from just outside of Nashville, TN. They have quickly gained attention on the bluegrass scene with their unique, appealing blend of family vocal harmonies and innovative bluegrass instrumentation. This tight group of four exhibits the true spirit of family music captivating audiences in live performances with heart-warming young talent. Dad plays banjo and Mom plays bass while the two sons create the center of attention switchng between mandolin, guitar and fiddle with double-barrel talents.

The Rigney's have a great sense of balancing the traditional with fresh new sounds. They perform regularly at festivals, fundraisers, private parties, contests, restaurants and other venues. Their music ranges from contest-style fiddle songs to traditional bluegrass favorites, originals, and of course beloved gospel.
