Mike Rimmey reaches down deep and pulls out songs that capture your attention. Mike’s vocals soar, and his message points to the cross. This native St. Louis singer/songwriter is suddenly gaining attention and fans in Christian country music.

In 2006 Mike was nominated for “New Artist of the Year” at the Inspirational Country Music Awards in Nashville,TN as seen on the Gospel Music Channel. This following a spectacular year which saw two #1 singles, two songwriting awards, major market radio airplay, and a performances at the Grand Ole Opry and the Whitehouse.

The CD "Turn It Over" was produced by veteran Nashville producer Clyde Brooks. Musically, Mike falls somewhere in between Contemporary Country - and - the California Country/Folk Rock of the Seventies. Clyde Brooks succeeded in his mission to remain true to this unique sound in a way that highlights Mike's musical identity.

Mike has a long and diverse list of musical influences. Here is an abbreviated list of them: Richie Furay, Glenn Frey, Henry Paul, Johnny Cash, Steve Goodman, Jason Ringenberg, John Prine, Jim Croce, Jimmy Buffett, Jeffrey Hannah, Willie Nelson, James Taylor... the list goes on.

Mike Rimmey’s ministry focus is two-fold. First, is evangelism. Mike believes seeking the lost should be first on the heart of every believer. Second, is creation. With a science background, Mike refutes the theory of evolution and provides scientific evidence to support his views.

Mike Rimmey is committed to the job that has been given to him by Jesus Christ. He adheres to daily walking with the following Godly priorities:
