Album Notes

Beth Rinaldo & Scott Holland have been working together in the Washington DC area for nine years; first as members of the Wammie (Washington Area Music Award) winning Beth-Allison & The Well-Strung Boys and then with the Wammie nominated Big Sky. Among their many shared influences are Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Buddy & Julie Miller, Emmylou Harris, Gillian Welch, and Neil Young. With close vocal harmonies and outstanding instrumental prowess, they stretch the boundaries of the folk rock genre with their skillful wanderings into alt-country, rock, blues, jazz and bluegrass. Their new CD, "Edge Of The World", featuring the Big Sky and special guests Allison Lurton and Dave Van Allen, is scheduled for release in November, 2009.
