This is a collaboration between Rochester singer/songwriter & comedian Del Rivers and left wing humor blogger/comedian/disc jockey/producer Chuck McCoy(http://www.ChuckMcCoy.com).
Del has produced several music CDs projects over the years, released on Rocket Racket Records. He also is working on a cable tv sketch comedy show, Frontal Lobes and Dumplings and has been performing live stand up and sketch comedy for many years(going back to the 80s). He once co-hosted the Whole Lotta Shakin oldies show on R.I.T. campus station, WITR-FM, and still makes occasional guest appearances.
Chuck has worked at many radio stations in the northeast, including the legendary former Top 40 giant, WKBW, Buffalo. He more recently was the high rated evening personality at Rochester Oldies station, WBBF-FM. In addition to his on-air experience, Chuck also has a wealth of off-air production experience. He used to do perform regular comedy bits back in his radio days. His producing of this CD with painstaking care strongly contributes to this CD's quality.

Compelling

Very funny, overall. A few flaws here and there, but a pretty strong effort for what I assume is an indie production. Good character voices and celebrity impressions. I'm very impressed with the production values. The artwork is very, very good.

Brings back the days of comedy albums
author: richard
I grew up listening to a lot of comedy skits on album, whether from the gang at National Lampoon magazine, the Monty Python boys, or the radio feuds of W.C. Fields and Charlie McCarthy. I’ve recently heard this CD of comedy skits produced and performed by Del Rivers and Chuck McCoy. This labor of love will thrill fans of old comedy albums.
