Robb Bledsoe is an old hippy that enjoys singing his songs and covering others around his adopted home town of St. Louis, MO. He will exchange his smile for yours any time. His southern roots are exposed in his songs on RINGO FORD. Born in 1953, his music influences come from Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, John Fogerty, John Prine, Tony Joe White, Johnny Cash, Charley Pride, and many others.
Robb is a published author, active in church and community, and volunteer in several organizations.

Robb has been married since 1973 to Carol Lynn Grigsby. They have two children, and a growing amount of grandchildren.

Robb sings in Coffee shops, libraries, and book stores around the St Louis Area. His web community shares his pictures, stories, song lyrics and poetry. Others are welcome to post there as well.

Robb is a workshop coordinator for Nashville Songwriters Association International and for the Cahokia Songwriters Association.

    I was checking out Robb's CD over at his commercial site. http://audio.cdbaby.com/ramb/robbbledsoe-01.ram He has several songs that you can hear. Robb is a FINE singer/songwriter/guitarist! You should check this site out. You should also buy his CD, if this sort of music appeals to you. His song "Black Bayou" reminds me of the old "swamp music" crossed with Credence Clearwater Revival, and others. Anyway, it is good music! The only reason I didn't buy it, is that when I finally get my CD out, Robb and I are supposed to trade with each other. I'm going to have to get busy, so I can hear the rest of his! Very likeable, 5 stars!

    I liked the cd a lot. The songs told a story and I like those kind of songs. I am a huge fan of country music and blues and you get both in this cd. A great buy for the money. We need more songs like these!

    If you took Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson, Jim Croce, Harry Chapen, America, and Eric Clapton, then blended them with the Beatles and the Eagles, you would have Robb Bledsoe. Awesome CD, very enjoyable. Elton John should record some of these songs.

    Ring Ford is full of great songs. Relaxing, yet the picture they paint is emotional. You can feel the humidity on the bayou, smell the river, or feel the love expressed accordingly. Ringo Ford is a wonderful CD. If someone doesn't hear the bullet, they will miss a perfect opportunity to gain wealth.
