We were created in the image of unconditional love and gratitude, and sometimes it's a damn struggle to know it. But we are existing in a breathing universe, within, without, within, without which we are nothing.

Robbie Sinclair writes undisguised songs concerned with the serene natural world, the unconditional joy and struggle of the loved ones in our lives, treeplanting, and these worldly changes we experience upon the crest of our collective illumination. Robbie is adamant in the conception of honest folk music that comes from insight into one's own heart, for he believes that this is the only tangible truth there is.

In an age when artistic integrity often suffers the impersonal multimedia process of connecting individuals, it is a joy to be able to produce ones own music the way it was conceived, and share it openly. Through the influence of artists like Cat Stevens, Mason Jennings, Ben Harper, Bob Marley, and David Gray, Robbie’s music is an acoustic blend of folk-rock and ballads with intimate vocals and conscious lyricism.

Robbie's passion for music is rooted soundly in the soil of growth; personal and collective evolution through creative expression; representing oneself with purity, unswayed. Music is a paradigm in which all individuals are connected as one.

The conditioning of Robbie’s expression through music is inspired by world travel, meditative insight, and the wisdom in the trees of his hometown of Victoria in B.C.
