The Wizard Rock movement is a growing phenomenon in the United States and beyond. As of 2008, there were approximately 480 Wizard Rock bands in existence and that number continues to expand. Wizard Rock is, by definition, music performed and written as a tribute to J.K. Rowling’s creation, Harry Potter. Many of the bands donate to causes that are near and dear to their hearts, such as the genocide in Darfur or to literacy programs for young people. Robb (Robbo) Zelonky is no different.
Before becoming a part of the Wizard Rock movement, Robbo, a Parent’s Choice Gold Award winning songwriter and entertainer, had performed children’s concerts in hundreds of cities across the USA. He branched into the Wizard Rock movement for two major reasons: One, he and his three kids love Harry Potter, and two, Robbo wished to fight the disease that has plagued his mother for most of her life.
As of this writing in 2008, Robbo’s mother has suffered from Multiple Sclerosis for 38 years. J.K. Rowling’s mother was taken by the same disease. After taxes and overhead, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this CD will go to fight Multiple Sclerosis. 100% of any performance fees derived as a result of this music (also after overhead and taxes) will go to that enterprise as well. He hopes you love the music and that you join him in the fight. www.nationalMSsociety.org.

Super Harry Potter Album
author: Jane Kuja
I love Harry and musicals, so this was right up my alley. (A pun: my last name means alley in Finnish.) If you love Harry Potter, great kids voices and musicals you'll like this CD and/or MP3. Great job, Robbo and Wizard Kids. I'm loving singing along with you.

A Great Album With a Literary Connection!
author: Cindy Leigh
I've met Robbo, but I hadn't heard any of his songs before this album, though I used children's music in my teacher education classes for 35 years. My nephew Bridge, who sings Harry with the Wizard Rock Kids, gave me this album for Christmas, and I can't quit listening to it. The songs are wonderful, and the potential for extending children's reading and performance abilities is endless. I intend to donate several of these albums to our Literacy Fair Silent Auction this spring, so more children will know about Robbo's music. My hat is off to Robbo and to the entire production crew. Great job, and thanks for many happy hours of listening! (And Zoe, Hermione's Lesson, is one of my favorites!)
