ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"I believe the magic of imperfection is the holiness of art itself. I try not to control the path of any song as it probably already knows its own outcome." says Robert Bruey.
Music From The Path is a collection of many stories that speak to the artists ability to translate his own personal feelings from each experience. Sometimes longing, sometimes apologetic, each song convinces the listener that these moments in time are real. The music is a steady stream of tightly woven acoustic roads that tie the verses to the main theme of each chorus.

Your Heart is My Home
Bob has been such an inspiring member of our family. My father was/is Lee Sloan. I had no idea Bob wrote a song about my late dad, and I can't tell you how much this has touched my heart. I know that Dad and Bob were VERY close and my father had a great deal of respect and admiration for Bob. Daddy will be missed, but with this song, forever remembered. Thank you Bob,
Love Terry
