'THE SEARCH' has arrangements that include experimental concepts & rhythm changes in assorted soundscapes, some rocking, others more hypnotic trance. This diverse music has a wide range of appeal and of particular note is 'Orange Sky', 'Hymn of Nebula', and of course 'The Search'. Robert Farmer is innovative and provocative, crafting songs that are colorful and diverse.

'The Search' was invisioned as a natural progression of our lives. Evolution put to music. It begins very upbeat, even enthusiastically at our first awareness of this new day and joyful life we are embarking on. Then at 5 A.M. we are still grateful for this opportunity but realize we are locked into the drudgery of working for money, and this becomes our new reality. The Search is what we are all looking for in our own way, on our own paths, and our own very different experiences. We succumb to envy of what perceived success we see our neighbors or family members accomplishing. Then we begin our more spiritual journey thru our own "Spirit Of Hope". This is where we begin to scratch the surface of who we really are and what we are searching for in this life time. Then comes the lose of a loved one perhaps. In my case it was my father. Followed by serenity and acceptance that begins to sweep over us. Realizing we have made many mistakes in our lifetime. Wishing we could go back and change them, but we cannot. And finally, acceptance. This will transport us to "Another Dimension". God Bless
