Dynamite! The songs are so cool! "I Could Tell You Secrets" is such a groove. And the arrangements on the CD are fantastic. I love the complexity of the arrangements, the interplay of the horns, etc. Love listening to it over and over.

Best of the decade

I have been listening to Subtlety and Passion constantly for nearly five years and can say without a doubt that it is my favorite album of the noughties. I was so lucky to see the songs performed in Auckland in 2004. I'm still telling people all over the world to buy this album and playing it relentlessly on my radio show in Australia. Brilliant.
