"SHE'S Like That " is cafezinho-rich with Brazilian influenced bossas and sambas that ride the edge of a sonic shoreline where North and South America meet. The lyric ( in Portuguese ) to the title track references how Brazilians live out loud like the Flamboyan tree that cascades oranges blossoms and makes a large seed pod that becomes a shaker in the wind! Most of the album, save for a few classic endearing swing style tunes about his parents, revolves around travels in Brazil and a woman ... of course!
