Robert Van Horne is a graduate of the Philadelphia Musical Academy. Over the years, he has studied with well-known musicians who have encouraged him to enhance his repertoire with the rhythm of jazz, the power of the classics, the subtle nuances of New Age and the vitality of pop. He has skillfully mastered the technique and the flavor of these musical styles to provide his listeners with unique arrangements that soothe the soul, inflame the heart, and intrigue the mind.
After recording his first album in 1985, his great love of composing inspired him to record six more albums. In addition to his recording endeavors, Robert has performed on TV and radio, as well as in concerts for audiences both in the U.S. and abroad. His piano proficiency and creativity are exemplified in this album, where he introduces his spirited composition, FROLIC.
PIANO & MEMORIES is Robert’s best selling piano album of favorite popular songs - a CD album that you will want to listen to again and again.
