Rob Solomon is slowly gaining a reputation as one
of the best Americana singer/songwriters in the Rocky
Mountain West. Although he started playing music
professionally in 1986, he has recently emerged as a
bright new solo talent on the scene. His acoustic heartland
rock, country and blues style is ripe with the spirit of
his Colorado home.
Rob is a fourth generation Colorado native, however,
he grew up all over the U.S. and Europe as the son of
an Air Force fighter pilot. After many roads travelled,
he eventually settled back in Colorado. Now he brings
his music to audiences all over the state and region.
His songs seem to appeal to a broad base of listeners.
After years of playing as a sideman in many of Colorado's
favorite bands, Solomon decided to strike out solo on the merit of his
own music. He is often backed by some of the finest players
in the region.
