Album Notes

Families with a sense of humor will love the Rock Daddy Rock songs about everyday life. They were inspired by my four sons and their funny, gross and wonderful behaviors. Catchy 1-2 minutes songs keep the entertainment flowing and life lessons give each song a happy ending... or the chance to "ponder behavioral issues without sounding moralistic," as one mom put it.

In 2004, after quiting my corporate job, I co-produced albums for Teacher and the Rockbots and The Blankies. The success of these award-winning educational songs gave me the opportunity to do the Rock Daddy Rock solo project. This time, the inspiration came from my kids.

"Silly Short Songs For Silly Short People" combines an assortment of styles ranging from Rock, Pop, Blues, Rap, Reggae and Adult Contemporary with the goal of appealing to adults too. The fun increases with comments and back-up vocals by my boys.
