Rocker T

Born And Raised in Brooklyn New York.
Playing a major role in the downtown N.Y.C Ska scene, Rockert T, is also one of the founders of the N.Y.C Ragga & Dancehall scene as well. He has performed alongside some of the biggest names in Hip Hop and Reggae such as KRS ONE, Rita Marley, Burning Spear, Super Cat and was one of the featured artists at Sierra Nevada World Music Festival in 2004.

Unique in his style of chanting/toasting he is a Singjay. Rocker T is also a very accomplished Guitar player, Nyabinghi Drummer and Melodica player. He writes his own songs and is on his way to becoming a great record producer in his own right.

He formed the Band The Skadanks in 1986 and toasted on many a Soundsytem including Rob Kenner's BBC2 Soundsystem , Eruption Hi-Fi, Positive Sound Massive and Zionway Soundsystem, and his own soundsystem Jah Warrior Shelter HI-Fi to name a few. Rocker T has Performed in The USA and Abroad with The Cannabus Cup Band, his own I.R.T Band, Jah Family Band and most recently The More Luv Band.
