ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Rock To Art’ exploded onto the music scene in 2009. This unique mix comprises tuff-voiced deejay Reptile Rock, blended with smooth-toned vocalist Tony Perry and ‘River Nile’ vocalist Sherlock Art.
The resulting sound and style has captivated their audience at live shows in places such as Doncaster, Leeds and Birmingham to name a few.

Sherlock comments, ‘The directions we took and the results went way beyond our expectations; we are very excited about the future.’
‘Rock To Art’ are proud of their Rastafarian roots and lifestyle, tuning into their natural energy and positive vibes. Musically they use these attributes to take a dynamic approach, producing a powerful contemporary sound across the following genres: Reggae, Hip Hop, R&B, Drum & Bass, Dancehall, Soul and Rap. They are working with composer/producer Steven Dixon, and have worked with Paul Sly (DJ Sly) of Higher stakes records. ‘Rock To Art’ are notably one of the most progressive groups at this time and clearly going to make a huge impact!

Mastered by Simon Mawson.
