Take one part AC/DC add to that a healthy dose of ENUFF ZNUFF what you get is the rock quartet known as THE ROLL. Their debut release, 'Business Up Front..', could not have been titled closer to the truth. These boys ROCK! The Roll are powered by, Erik on lead vocals/bass guitar, Steve on guitar/vocals, Sam on guitar/vocals and Chris on drums. Standout cuts include, "All Messed Up", the guitar driven rocker, "Dynamite" and instant can of rock and roll whoop ass, "Kids All Wired". The Roll are not writing music to pour out their poor, broken hearts. They're not playing music because they're mad at the world. And they're not compromising the essence of rock & roll to fit in with some current trend in music. They rock for the sake of rocking. These guys haven't forgotten the glory days of rock when it was still actually fun. They're keeping it alive! The Roll will rock you on your ass and you'll love every second of it! So I say to that younger crowd, if you enjoy hard rock, stop reading this review and pick up 'Business Up Front…'.
