About the CD:
15 original childrens' songs and melodies, composed by the Hebrew teacher and Composer Ronit Ben-Arie.All songs teach contemporary Hebrew and were written out of a need to enrich Hebrew and Music curriculums. The songs relate to the young Jewish child's life, holidays, life cycle events and daily topics.The CD consists of songs such as:
Shir HaPanim (teaching facial parts),Shir HaYamim(connecting between numbers and the Hebrew days of the week),Shir Hazugot (teaching body parts in pairs,singular and plural), Shir HaMisparim (teaching counting and adding in Hebrew),etc. In the CD, we enjoy the lovely voices of Elana Carmel-Levy, Joel Frankel, and the internationally renowned Cantor Alberto Mizrahi. The CD is creativly orchestrated with the help of the following outstanding musicians:
Stuart Rosenberg, Barbara Wertico and Paul Wertico.

RONIT BEN-ARIE,MA.,is an educator, former army officer in Israel, award winning composer in America, Expressive Arts Therapist, Teachers' teacher, presenter and speaker.
Ronit developed a Kindergarten curriculum which teaches Hebrew through Music, Movement, Drama, Art, and games. This curriculum serves both Solomon Schechter Schools in the Metropolitan of Chicago. The curriculum has been used already for twelve years. Ronit teaches Kindergarten in both schools. She is the author and composer of the nationally acclaimed "Hebrew in Song".
