I have been involved in gospel music for the past twenty years both as a singer and songwriter.
I have had two singles released to radio with good reception but moderate airplay on both.
I have done a number of TV shows with the most memorable being a duet with Grand \'Ole Opry star George Hamilton IV.
This is my first CD release which includes six original songs plus new gospel lyrics for track # 4.
I love to share the good news anywhere and anytime that I am called to do so.
If you enjoy good country gospel then please have a listen to all of the tracks, I\'m sure you will not be disappointed.
Your Friend,
Ron Nagle.
Review By Bernard Boyat, French DJ and columnist for \"Country Music Attitude Magazine\" in their December 2007 issue.
It begins: \"Country (and even rock\'n\'roll) singers of the fifties weren\'t ashamed of their religious beliefs. This is less the case nowadays, so this album is somewhat of a surprise.
For the believers, the lyrics will be meaningful.
The others will contend themselves with the fine music, that reminds one of Roy Acuff in the same type of songs such as, \"Yesterday, Today and Forever\", \"Thank You Jesus\" and \"The Great Speckled Bird.\"
As well as a light Bakersfield touch on songs such as, \"Singin\' Sweet Victory\", \"Glory Train and the classic \"Life\'s Railway To Heaven.\"
Thank you Bernard.
Review by Abigail Wingate for Southern Gospel Music Forum:
She writes, If you enjoy Christian Country Music, Ron Nagle\'s project is one that you will likely enjoy. The project has a number of well known songs mixed with several originals from Ron.
My favorites are \"Whatever I Do\", \"Singin\' Sweet Victory\" and \"The Uncloudy Day\".
Ron is from Canada and it appears that he has mastered singing Country Music.
Thank you Abigail.
