Album Notes

Born to a musical family, Ron began performing at the age of four. His love of music has transcended into a timeless sound full of soul and passion. Ron skillfully represents his Texan roots of story telling through song, and his voice echoes the influences of his childhood growing up on the East side of San Antonio, TX.

Ron sings in many different venues throughout the South west area. September 11th, he was honored to be invited to sing for the New York City Firefighters, EMS and 43rd Police Precinct. He sang the National Anthem, as well as an original score entitled "This Year."

Together with partner Michelle Myers, Ron created the company MENTAL WARD RECORDS L.L.C., where they compose and produce music. They were honored by The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences Committee, by being placed on the Official Ballot for the 2007 Grammy Awards in 4 categories:
