"just happens to be the room where Janis made that fatal injection that killed her. The place was the Landmark Hotel in Hollywood, California. The hotel is still standing..and we are quite sure a bit of Janis still lingers in the halls of that hotel and within this music..perhaps if you listen carefully you can hear her..

Formed in Anaheim, California in the summer of '96, Room 105 has evolved into a blues, rock, funk, and soul act that pours their heart into every performance. The members of Room 105 love the blues...laced with 70's Rock and Soul which can be heard in both their cover choices and their original songs.

The influences of Janis Joplin and The San Francisco sound of Big Brother, Cold Blood, and Jefferson Airplane is prevalent.. The energy and camaraderie of the band can be seen in the many live shows performed throughout Southern California.."
