Album Notes

The eager crowd files into Valentine's on a raw Albany night. Kids huddled, smoking cigarettes under the neon sign. Social Distortion blaring on the jukebox. Whiskey shots all around. As the lights dim, the crowd becomes increasingly eager. Loud, organic rock and roll is hard to come by these days.

Rory Breaker shows are notoriously rowdy. The band encourages its wildly loyal fans to pile on stage mid-song to join in raucous sing-alongs. "The Peep Show" captures this energized spirit.

Rory Breaker is comprised of Dan Wagner on guitar and vocals, Dennis Murphy on bass and vocals, David Kramer on guitar, and Brendan MMcGroggan on drums. In true do-it-yourself fashion, the band has funded and produced all of its recordings on its own Dino Rock Records label. Rory Breaker's first full length, "Progression Unchecked" was released in April 2003. The follow-up EP, "Second Session," was recorded in November 2004; it appears remixed and remastered on the second half of "The Peep Show."

Thriving on live shows, Rory Breaker works hard to put on the best performances possible. This brash, relentless group believes if they have the time of their lives on stage, the crowd will follow. And they always do.
