ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
These are what I'd call "off-the-beaten-path" songs. That's why I chose the title "Mental Rehab".

How often we get ambushed by regret,
or strait-jacketed by perfectionism,
or imprisoned in our feelings,
or let imaginary causes direct our actions,
or think we're the center of the universe and overlook the whispers
of the Almighty Creator,
or get so involved in "business as usual" that we miss an awesome
sunset that has the fingerprint of God on it...

There are alternatives...

Maybe we ought to set aside a little time each day to relax, be honest with ourselves, and wonder about the miracle of life and love...

(Rosalie)
