Who would've guessed that this Air Force brat born in Waco, Texas, would take the Jewish world by storm with her energy and music?
From the halls of Temples everywhere to the camps of the UAHC....
Robbi Sherwin's SPIRITED JEWISH SONGCRAFTING keeps them singing and tapping their toes! Inspired by Jewish recording artists such as Kol B'Seder, Debbie Friedman, Sam Glaser, Mah Tovu, Julie Silver, Yom Hadash and others, Robbi's first CD of original Jewish liturgy and contemporary music utilized her friends and colleagues met at the Conference for Alternatives for Jewish Education. CAJE is not only the largest Jewish educator's conference in the world, but also the largest gathering of Jewish Contemporary musicians. The "Queen of Collaboration" named her CD, "Todah LaChem" (Thanks, y'all!) to thank the many wonderful artists who contributed to Robbi's enthusiasm in creating her music. Many of them are featured on this amazing album!
Great for the car, the synagogue, the Shabbos table and camp settings, Robbi's Todah LaChem will be a CD you will return to over and over again!

Toda Lach! Robbi.
author: BenBrit
Robbi's CD seems to be a very unlikly jewish cd! has so many types of music and so many guests stars! all have one common issue - JEWISHNESS. just like the slogen "13 Milion people - ONE common ground". Yihiyu L'Ratzon" remind me of the great experiance I had at the Greene Family Camp in '97, and "Modeh Ani" is a song I can easily wake up in the morning to it's tone... It's amazing how each and every song can be used in many occasion and mood in life and also listening to the whole CD at once ! Yishar Ko'ach dear Robbi, can't wait for your next one!

Todah Rabah Robbi!
author: Steph King
Robbi Sherwin's version of Yihiyu L'Ratzon is the most spirited and beautiful version I have ever heard! She pours her heart and soul into every song, and now tefillah will never be the same. Her music, especially Todah LaChem, has a special depth and ruach that very, very few Jewish musicians can boast.
