Robert.T.James began formally studying guitar and voice at the age of 15 while living on the outskirts of Chicago,illinois.Around the same time he began composing and arranging music,writing lyrics and listening to as many records as he could get his hands on.He toured extensively in such "A" circuit bands as Diamond Black, Sly Dog and Major.As much as he enjoyed playing music for a living there was not alot of room for his original work in taverns geared toward cover and tribute bands.Retiring from the road at least in cover capacity Robert began to focus 100% of his songwriting As his skills progressed so did his reputation for being a songwriter of formidable skill.Several years of intense work on his craft led to the recording of Circle of Fire .It is an acoustic/electric
